聖馬田中文堂的信仰及立場

  • 承受新舊約聖經為包含一切得救之要道,並視為信仰與奉教僅有的準則。
  • 承認尼吉亞信經、使徒信經為信仰的總綱要。
  • 恪守我主基督所命之聖訓及親自設立之聖洗禮及聖餐禮。
  • 保存使徒定下的三品聖職 – 即主教、 牧師和會吏。
  • 我們會恪實持守聖公會先聖先賢所訂立之三十九條文(The Thirty nine Article) 所載之一切基本教義與信條。
  • 我們會恪守聖公會遺留下Via Media 的理想即:傳統、理性與聖經。
  • 我們不容許/也不會接納那些分裂聖公宗合一與共融精神的那些歪曲的謬誤、理論及思想。

講者: 紀西門牧師(The Revd. Simon Gates): 在英國聖安德烈大學獲得文學碩士(主修古典文學), 精通拉丁文及希臘文。
其後參加聖公會英國海外傳會(CMS)被訓練成為傳教士, 1982年差傳往澳門蔡高中學教授英, 並協助劉牧師在馬禮遜
小教堂及澳門聖馬馬可堂的堂務, 為他的助理。 其後返英受訓, 再次返港被聘為九龍聖安德烈堂的助禮牧師, 再後返
英被聘在聖公會Southwark 教區, Clapham Park 牧區工作, 最近並被委為該分區的Dean.

Speaker: The Revd. Simon Gates: graduated with a BA(Classics) from St. Andrew’s University, fluent in Latin and Greek. Thereafter, he trained as a missionary with the Anglican CMS. In 1982, he was sent to Macau to teach English at the Choi Kou School whilst assisting Rev. Lau at the Morrison Chapel and St. Marks’s church. Thereafter, he returned to the UK for training before returning as Associate Vicar at St. Andrews Church at Kowloon, Hong Kong. After that, Simon returned to serve the parish of Clapham Park within the Anglican Diocese of Southwark. Recently, Simon was appointed Area Dean.

按手禱告服侍/Lay hands and Prayer Ministry

從二零零七年七月份起每月第一主日領聖餐後有按手禱告的服侍, 有受過訓練的弟兄姊妹可以為你按手禱告!Will be held in July and onwards… every first Sunday after Holy Communion. Lead by brothers and sisters who had been trained.
